We spent months inside salons across Kuwait — watching owners juggle paper booking books, WhatsApp customer chats, and month-end commission nightmares. Saloonah is the answer we wish existed.

The problem we saw

Gulf salons are run by talented people on broken tools

The average salon owner in Kuwait manages appointments over WhatsApp, writes transactions in a notebook, and calculates staff commissions by hand every month. This isn't a lack of effort — it's a lack of the right tool.

Global salon software exists, but it's built for Western markets. The pricing is in dollars, KNET isn't supported, the KWD 3-decimal format breaks, and the onboarding assumes you have an IT team.

We built Saloonah from the ground up for salons in Kuwait and the GCC. Every feature is designed around how Gulf salons actually work — including Arabic client names, KNET payments, and WhatsApp-first communication.

Every salon that signs up gets a real person to talk to. We're reachable Sat–Thu, 9am–8pm. If something breaks, we fix it — we don't close a ticket and move on.
