By using Saloonah, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Short version: Use Saloonah to run your salon. Pay on time. Don't misuse the platform. We protect your data. Either party can end the relationship with notice.
By accessing or using Saloonah, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to salon owners, their staff, and any representative who accesses the platform on a salon's behalf.
Saloonah provides web-based software for salon management including appointment booking, point-of-sale, inventory tracking, staff management, and reporting. We provide the platform "as is" and may update, modify, or improve it at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and staff PINs. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account corresponds to one salon — multi-branch salons on the Pro plan may manage multiple locations under one account.
You agree to use Saloonah only for lawful purposes and only to manage your salon business. You must not:
Saloonah is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Pricing is shown on our pricing page. A 14-day free trial is available; no credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the period ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not accept new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Saloonah — customer records, transaction history, inventory data, and all other content. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 90 days.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of using or providing the service. We will not disclose your salon's data, customer list, or financial information to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.
We target 99.9% platform availability. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We provide support through our Help Center and contact form, Sat–Thu, 9am–8pm Kuwait time. Response times depend on your plan — see our pricing page for details. We do not offer formal SLA guarantees on the Free plan.
Saloonah and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Saloonah. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any Saloonah intellectual property. You retain all ownership of the data and content you create using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saloonah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings or via our Contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your access ends and we begin the data deletion process described in Section 6.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
